This limited-edition millesimate from the 2023 season is a melt-in-your-mouth delicacy that will continue to improve with time. Based in Anzio, Italy, Pollastrini attracts fish to their boats with “lampare” light spheres, a sustainable fishing practice they’ve used since 1889.
